The student must be the elder brother in his family.
The family must find themselves economically in need: the exact requirements vary depending on the size of the family, the family income, and what property they own. These are children, because of the financial situation of their families, would never have access to quality education in an excellent school if not for this scholarship.
The family must demonstrate with their daily actions the values professed by the TRES HERMANOS FOUNDATION: Selfless love, respect for each other and hard work.
